Additional main level walls raised (over the garage , on the east side of house).

Front main wall installed, along with some side walls on the main floor.

Concrete patio, garage door apron, stair landing, and front basement entry door
conrete pad poured this week.
First walls on the main floor went up.

Day 88, July 1, 2005
Concrete pier beams forms were poured on June 29.
Siding, fascia, soffit, and trim arrived June 30.
It will be pre-stained in the garage before it is installed.
The materials for the main floor walls arrived. The framers should
restart July 5, 2005.

Concrete pier beams forms (for the deck) are ready for conrete.
Day 64 - Tuesday - June 7, 2005
Grading and backfill complete.
Next will either be exterior concrete work (deck posts, concrete apron
in front of garage and front basement door, and rear patio slab) or
framers.

Only a little dirt removal remaining. Other grading and backfll complete.

Day 60 - Friday - June 3, 2005
Backfill around house essentially completed.
Additional dirt to be removed June 6.
No more gigantic ditches around the house.

Foundation drain tile/pipe also has stub for gutters (shown is corner by garage, as
well as southwest house corner.
Day 53 - Friday - May 27, 2005
Remainder of main floor joists installed and all the plywood sub-floor installed.
The framers will leave for a week or two, while the excavators backfill the huge
space around the house (and get rid of most of any excess dirt/rock).
